What shipping company will be used?
Most of the items are shipped via:
Fedex / UPS / DHL
Usual delivery time with express shipping: 3-5 business days.
Usual delivery time with regular shipping: 5-8 business days.
*We choose the optimal company according to the buyers address.
How do I track my order?
All orders have a tracking number and insurance. A tracking number will be attached to your order and you will be able to see it in your order details. We will also provide the carrier details so you can easily access the carrier website and track your package in real time.
All items shipped via FedEx will require a signature upon delivery. If there is no one available for signature when FedEx tries to deliver the package, you will need to pick up the package from your nearest FedEx facility.
Please provide an address that FedEx can deliver to (FedEx cannot deliver to APO/FPO or P.O. boxes).
Also provide a valid phone number during checkout so we can include this on your shipment. This will prevent any delays in shipment and will allow FedEx to contact you if there are any delivery issues. We cannot request that FedEx delivers the package without signature; they will not remove the signature from the shipment.
Orders that are returned back to us due to wrong or incomplete address are subject to additional shipping charges before a second shipment is issued.
Orders made on Saturday-Sunday will not be shipped before Monday.
Items normally ship within 24-48 hours. Some items may take additional handling time greater than 48 hours.
All customs related charges are already Paid by Our shipping agents.
If you are requested to pay any additional fee - please contact us and you will be fully refunded.
South America customers please note:
1. As per your local import office rules, you must provide TAX ID number in order for us to be able and ship the goods.
2. Import fees are NOT included in the final sales price. Import fees are Buyer's responsibility as we cannot predict the amount of import fees you will be required to pay.

Warranty & Returns
Every product we ship is factory-sealed and covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
We offer a 30-day exchange policy from the original ship date for most merchandise. A defective product can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. After 30 days, only the manufacturer's warranty applies.
A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA#) must be obtained from here and is required for ALL returns. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on returns. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the issuance of the RMA# at which time the RMA# expires. RMA#'s are non-renewable.
We reserve the right to return any merchandise without a valid RA# to the customer or to prorate the credit.
All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact. If the return is for refund, all components, manuals, registration card(s), software, cables & accessories must be included. We reserve the right to return merchandise that does not meet the criteria.
Some merchandise cannot be returned for an exchange or refund. The manufacturer determines what products cannot be returned and we have no control over this. Software, games and televisions are examples of products that cannot be returned. There is absolutely no exception to this policy if we inform you that the item cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable or Exchangeable Items:
Shipping costs from original order are non-refundable. Customer will be refunded for the item price and not the shipping costs. Shipping costs for packages that are refused is non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the shipping both ways if the package is refused.
Please do not assume that the product includes software, manuals or any other accessory. Unless it is specifically mentioned in the item description you are purchasing.
We will not accept returns because of a change of mind, if you are not sure that you want the item, don’t purchase it.
