A good & sturdy track

I can do a lot of things with 12 ft of track. I can use the full 12 feet of it or something lesser than that. Clean up has never been easier too..I was thinking of going for a flexi track but there are too many downsides to that so this work alright for me. Good and stabilized when I have my dolly on it and easy set up.
